Refund policy

We hope that you are excited about your new products from Fresh Face Bar! However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days from receipt of purchase or delivery. Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.

The returns policy covers:

Goods invoiced but not supplied (if purchased online)
Incorrect supply
Incorrect product ordered/supplied
Faulty product

Gift vouchers are non-refundable items.

The returns process

Step 1 - Notifying us of your intention to return or cancel your purchase

Notification of your intention to cancel your order and return any goods within 21 working days after the receipt of delivery can be done by either calling our team on (03) 9088 2969 or by emailing us at hello@freshfacebar.com. You will need to have proof of purchase.

Step 2 - Returning the product

If returning purchases directly to the salon, simply come in during trading hours with the products in which you are wanting to return and proof of purchase.

Otherwise, if returning via post please ensure that the returned goods parcel is properly sealed and that you have included within the returned parcel a copy of proof of purchase. We strongly recommend that the parcel is sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).

You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Step 3 - Processing the refund

If you have chosen to return your purchase in the salon, given that the products are in their original condition, we will issue a refund on the spot.

If you have chosen to return via post, we will process the calculated refund within 7 working days of receiving your products, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
