Lets get rid of those stage 5 clingers! Exfoliation helps to assist the removal of dead surface skin cells that often become trapped in our pores. In a PERFECT WORLD our skin should be able to do this by itself as it's designed to exfoliate naturally (it's pretty clever). If you have healthy skin you can skip this step as you'll be gaining a whole new skin surface every 28 days! The downside is when we age, this process SLOWS right down and can often leave us with a rough, uneven, dull complexion.
